In the past three years, our whole world was turned upside down because of a virus, which was a big wake-up call to us that our health is our biggest asset. Regardless of what you believe in, we can all agree on the saying “an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.”
After starting our journeys of maintaining good health and well-being, we become more conscious of how small daily choices can accumulate and eventually harm our bodies in the long run. Although the Bowl of Hygeia is heavily associated with Western pharmacology, we believe the concept of maintaining good health actually shares very similar philosophies across different cultures - eating well and sleeping well.
